Integrity – Integrity is the ideal which ROCHE Industries values the highest within our company and with those whom we conduct business. Integrity is the foundation of all long term healthy business relationships and for us, is motivated out of a sense of a higher call. Integrity in business motivates us to provide the highest quality professional services and to honor commitments to our customers, people, stockholders and communities.

Customers – We believe our first responsibility is to our customers who utilize ROCHE products and services as part of their manufacturing strategy to remain globally competitive. Our products and services will be of the highest professional quality. We must constantly strive to reduce the cost of our customer's products and processes along with our own. We will also strive to help our customers identify and develop markets for their products in the foreign locations we serve them. Our customer's success is our highest goal.

People – We believe that our second responsibility is to the men and women who work with us, both in our shelter operations and offices. They need to have a sense of security in their jobs, wages must be fair and adequate, management fair, work hours reasonable, and working conditions clean, safe and orderly. Employees will have an organized system for continuous improvement along with a method to voice complaints. Supervisors and business leaders must be persons of integrity, talent, experience, ability, and common sense. There needs to be opportunity for advancement for those qualified and each person will be respected as an individual standing on his or her own dignity and merit.

Stockholders – Our third responsibility is to our stockholders. Business must make a reasonable profit. Reserves will be created, new products and services developed, new locations identified and developed, new shelter operations started, new marketing plans developed, and we must constantly strive to be the "Best" in our business. When all of these have been done, our stockholders should receive a fair return on their investment. We are determined by the help of God's grace to fulfill these responsibilities to the best of our ability.

Community – Our final responsibility is to the communities in which we live and operate. We will be good citizens by supporting charity, and bearing our fair share of taxes. We will also treat our suppliers as partners in our business.

Diligence – Diligence is a value which recognizes that there is no easy way to achieve business excellence. Although hard work does not guarantee success, the lack of it guarantees failure. Diligence is the engine which provides the energy to overcome resistance and to get the job done. We will be known for working hard with great purpose, productivity and passion.
