Richard has over 30 years of US and off-shore manufacturing experience in both high and low-volume mechanical, electro-mechanical and electronic control products serving the automotive, appliance, military, aerospace and medical device industries. His vast experience and accomplishments include 12 years in starting and directing multi-plant operations in the US and Mexico. Richard and his executive team have helped over twenty five companies successfully start and operate in Mexico.
Jesús Aguirre

Jesús has over 20 years of international business leadership experience in Mexico. He has founded and led several Mexican businesses involved in manufacturing, information technology and communication services. He has extensive knowledge of the Mexican fiscal, regulatory and foreign trade requirements of operating in Mexico. Jesús has degrees in System and Chemical Engineering from Monterrey Tech, and he received his Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Dr. Jesús A. Ramírez
Saltillo Shelter Manager, ROCHE Industries
Dr. Ramírez has over 30 years of Mexico manufacturing/industrial experience. He has founded and led several businesses related to the computer and electronics industries. In addition, he established Shelter type operations in Columbia & Peru, South America and has supervised multi-million dollar industrial construction projects in several Latin American countries. Dr. Ramírez earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Monterrey Tech, and a Masters and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
